CONFUSING TO SAY THE LEAST.

I mean she came into Aather with this attitude of "GOD THIS GUY IS A JERK FOR IGNORING ME, WHAT A RUDE GUY," but she soon quickly realized that this guy is totally different from the guy in her memory! I mean they're the same but the memory does not match up with the real thing. So why is she so mad for him ignoring her? WHY would he ignore her especially since he's pretty polite in person? MEMORY MYSTERIES! It gives her enough incentive to work towards in recovering the memories at least.

BUT AS A PERSON, a pretty polite fellow, always seems to be around for some odd reason, and it is kind of a nice feeling to have someone familiar with her world nearby! '^'

YES! So far Sapphire has been a very friendly team that has offered a lot of help. Apple is super cute and seems like someone she could go to if she has questions or help so she'll probably definitely know how to. She feels a little awful because she doesn't know what Effie said to Apple but she knows it was probably something pretty bad. '-';; Please don't think . . . too bad . . . of him . . .

Although if you smack him, he probably deserves it.

YOU SEEM LIKE A PRETTY NICE AND FRIENDLY GUY ON THE SURFACE! Like he was also helpful like Apple and she found him to be just as polite. However, in the game, she would admit that your acting skills (lol) were a bit scary. She wasn't expecting that sort of interrogation and she tried to convince herself that it was just a game, but honestly she still felt a little nervous about it. She didn't want to say anything though. '-'

NOT SO CONFUSING ON HIS END but there is a lot of /psyduck.

Kit has remembered enough of Ran to kind of rebuild what he knows of her in canon back up in Aather, which is to say that he actually doesn't really know much about her at all! He's aware she's a detective's daughter, that she's sort of involved with Shinichi ~romantically~, and that she is taking care of Shinichi while he is stuck in Conan form (which, he imagines, is filled with awkward). He also knows she is dreadfully frightening at times and very capable, and she is probably nnnot someone he really wants to piss off. All in all though he's pretty disconnected with her in his memories, and before she showed up in Aather he didn't really think much about her.

HE IS very /psyduck over her arriving though, because she is the first one from his world besides him to be dumped in Aather. Because she's from his world and because he sort of knows her, he does have the desire to look out for her (as sort of a favor-ish though not really since Conan isn't here to his favorite detective rival) which is why he's kind of ALWAYS THERE right now. He wants to make sure she settles in! He wants to ensure that she gets along well with her team and that things aren't quiiite so confusing. It's the least he could do.

ESPECIALLY SINCE HE'S LYING TO HER :'D Which he feels sort of bad about because amnesia sucks, and he knows he'd want anyone who knew him to speak up about what they knew about him despite their own comfort levels. But, especially since she has awkward opinions on how terrible Kaitou Kid is, he doesn't really feel like he can divulge his secret identity to her. It is a secret identity for a reason after all .-. Thus why he pretends he doesn't remember her at all.

All in all though, he likes her so far. SHE'S PRETTY NICE, he knows she's capable, and although it's still her first day she seems to be doing all right. She's also managed to ping a few of his grumpy argumentative buttons with how she wheeled on him when she first arrived (which is something not many people in Aather do), which is always ace |Da He will forever be confused as to why she feels like she was calling out to him (and still isn't sure whether it was him or Shinichi she was calling out to), but he's decide to table that issue for the time being due to ambiguity and amnesia and focus on the more pressing issues of her arrival.

TL;DR JET'S KIND OF COOL, HER APPEARING IS KIND OF STRESSFUL DUE TO SECRET IDENTITY COMPLICATIONS SO LYING IS SORT OF A BIG THING, BUT HE'S TRYING WITH HER.

DID YOU I think I have a tag in my inbox with your username on it...if you want to pick it up that's fine or I can just jump you more places too. I am easy and go with whatever.

Apple has only met Effie and Jet from Helio so far! So...radically different impressions. Effie is a JERK, and she's already self conscious about her hair so him picking on her for it was a severe DNW. But beyond that, she recognizes that there wasn't any malice in it and it's just more of a knee-jerk reaction...so hopefully it gets better or I will punch him in the face :T

JET IS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE SPECTRUM, she really likes Jet; something about their conversation kind of pinged her, I forget what, but she was kind of struck by a similarity in their personalities. AND SHE REALLY WANTS TO HELP since she's gotten it into her head that the reason the new teams are there is because people got Darkness'd and clearly didn't do a good enough job fighting it. So Apple is struck with a mixture of genuinely liking Jet and wanting to get to know her better and feeling horribly guilty for contributing to Jet ending up in Aather in the first place. Also very put off by your teammate, he's very rude.

Tell me what pinged you about Ran that made you want to play her!

BOY HELIODOR.

They really seem like a team that needs some sort of direction! That's what Ran got right off the bat anyway. I mean Effie pretty much ran around cursing at everyone and spitting at all things red, Rei is...Rei and is Rei about everything, and Tsuru is angry and flustered and ROAR WHAT AM I DOING, IDK WHAT I AM DOING AAAA. But surprisingly, she adores them!

She gets SO FRUSTRATED WITH EFFIE, but he does a few things that are surprisingly nice and shows that he does kind of care so she can't really hate him. Like when she mentioned that she was knocked out once, he offered to punch the guy in the dick for her! Which is . . . kind of nice, kind of awkward but it's the thought that counts. '-' Right? And then there was the whole chocolate thing where he looked SO CONFUSED ABOUT RECEIVING CHOCOLATES WITHOUT A CATCH, and when you consider he was shot in the face by his own teammate, it's all kind of sad. '-' SHE'S DEFINITELY GOING TO BE A GOOD TEAMMATE FOR HIM! But if he gets slapped in the face, she isn't gonna coddle him. He probably deserves it. '-'b

For Rei, she is the easiest to talk to out of the three. I mean she's the least explosive out of them all so that makes it easier, but GOSH. She's also kind of quiet and strange. She thinks it is because she's shy though 8'D Rei does seem to care though and that's good! Like when Effie got into a fight, Rei was kind of >:| about it in a Rei way. That's why she thinks Rei is a good person! She likes her quite a bit.

Tsuruume is very defensive! Super defensive! Worse than Effie even! Effie is just kind of crude but Tsuru gets angry so quick and is always like, "I CAN TAKE CARE OF MYSEEEEEEELF". Ran doesn't like being yelled at so she's willing to put a foot down if Tsuru gets too cranky. I mean it's understandable to be uspet losing memories but it's no good to yell at people over it :T However, when Tsuru calms down, Ran finds that she's quite reasonable and determined to win! Good traits to have. '-'b So she awaits for Tsuru to relax a bit.

Tl;dr they're definitely a tiring group of people, but she has found that they do have quite a few endearing traits. They're all determined to get memories back so she's certain they'll find a way to work together. :> ♥

Seriously, she was pretty irritated at having conversations interrupted and being ignored. THOSE ARE THINGS THAT SHE DID NOT LIKE. At least Mikado apologized for it otherwise she'd have a thing against pink too >:T

But overall, he's pretty nice, definitely a guy that cares about his teammate, and without the whole ROAR going on, he's very helpful as well. He's good enough to be honest with the dangerous games which she appreciates because she would hate to be caught off-guard, but it's obvious that he dislikes them a LOT himself. As he should of course, but it was surprising to see that face when he seemed mild-mannered before that.

And he's cute. '3'

You know, every time I think Lloyd can't draw out more dere from Natsume, the more I'm proven wrong. :'D You and Mithos are definitely a tag team of LETS MAKE WINTER HAVE ALL THE FEELINGS!!! I almost want to say that Lloyd might indeed be the most important person to Natsume in Aather atm. Darn you Lloyd Irving! o9

Idk when the last time I did this but right now, for Dragonfly, Lloyd's actually one of the knights he actually respects AS a knight. Like he treats Mikage and Blizzard as friends, Iris as a pretyt lady with a lot of hair, Isa as a robot, etc etc but he never really sees them AS people to respect in an authorative figure way! I mean he respects them as friends but not like teachers or what not. I think Lloyd, Mithos, and Hakuren are the ones he does. He recognizes Flynn as a knight but he doesn't really respect him . . . he prefers to pick on him . . .

Yeah . . .

And Ran thinks Lloyd so far is a cute and creative knight with really strange questions but an adorable and quirky personality. '^'

I GOT IN A FIGHT WITH FLYNN SCIFO.

that's kind of a good representation of her intro so far, it is basically well this maybe could have gone better if she was not determined that it should be miserable. She has been mostly picking fights and badmouthing the Personae and the darkness and half the people she's met. She HATES not having control over her own situation, even moreso because MYSTERIOUS MAGICAL BEINGS are what have taken that control from her for reasons she thinks are selfish and lazy and completely ignoble. She hates that other people are also caught up in this, too, and her protective instincts are already kind of going haywire because she's so mad and she KNOWS there are things that are SO DANGEROUS but there is NOTHING TO CHANNEL ALL THE PROTECTIVE ENERGY AT, especially since she's suddenly one of the less capable and experienced people and she can't remember how to fight or put up barriers or anything like that. so because of that she's mostly just been lashing out.

also she is arguing with Asuka about cultural differences and it's going nowhere because they really can't get on the same page AHAHAHA.

on the other hand people are actually surprisingly helpful and willing to share information which is kind of a huge upside compared to Amatsuki Land. Though she doesn't like some of them anyway :EEEE (FLYNN SCIFO!!! I am still wondering how I even did that.) (And by "doesn't like" I mean "significantly and decisively doesn't like instead of just default setting doesn't like.")

Not being able to fight is kind of a huge thing though because she definitely wants to hit things with a stick.

Obviously he must be from some strange world that is strange and would lead to natsume getting in trouble with people if he ever told them that he knew a talking pigeon. First impressions from Natsume and Ran? (not that there's. really much)

PRECIOUS LITTLE BABYDOOLLLLLLLL PRINCESS. He has pretty much accepted that Cub is a weird object of existence that can only make sense in aather so he might as well roll with it. LIKE SERIOUSLY, CUTE ADORABLE DOLL IRL, THIS STUFF HAPPENS IN HORROR MOVIES. THEY EVENTUALLY TURN ON YOU WITH KNIFES AND STUFF!

But he really does adore Cub. Like even though he does appear to be a toy, he understands that Cub can definitely feel pain like a person can so he's just as real as anyone else. That means yeah, even if you're filled with stuffing, he'll never let you sacrifice yourself. '-' YOU'RE REAL SO YOU DESERVE TO BE TREATED LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. You're also team so you gain all of the feelings FOR team.

He honestly feels like Cub does not deserve to be in Aather? Like wtf why the hell would they bring a cute innocent doll that obviously belonged to a cute little girl. HOW IS THIS GOING TO HELP THEM AT ALL? But now there's nothing else to do but to protect the cutie. :c And tbh he is selfishly happy that Cub is here. His DISNEY PRINCESS SPEECHES make him really happy. '-' He knows that it won't always come true but having that tiny bit of hope really does cheer him up.

Like his nerves have been quite on edge even though it doesn't show on the surface. There have been a couple of NEAR-DEATHS there and some threats made to his team as of recent so it really makes him nervous! He doesn't WANT to die. He definitely doesn't want his teammates to die! He still remembers that last experience and it was pretty awful, but at least there was something to PROTECT. He can reassure himself that he chose it and was able to save people because of it. And seeing what the darkness could do? Yeah, he doesn't REGRET IT.

I imagine the next time he dies, it will be . . . yeah. It probably won't have that to sort of . So he'll probably be a bit broken for a couple of days as he tries to regain himself, but it would scar him pretty permanently especially since he's relatively happy and feels kinda-sorta safe (the darkness attack shook him up). It might even bring up the divide between Hikaru and Dragonfly again but idk. '-'

HOW ABOUT YOU KIT. :U What if you were forced to die vs getting caught in a sticky situation? Like with Hound's death.

Kit has died twice in Aatheeeer so far: once in Beauty's self sacrifice game, and once due to a series of terrible decisions in heart game. He's also suffered pleeenty of near deaths both in canon and in Aather, i.e. darkness cave exploration where he was nearly killed by monsters, nearly drowning at home, etc etc. Plus, he has come to believe that death is a very pervasive theme in his team, sssso needles to say he's kind of developed a complex about death and dying (just wait until that complex becomes worse because of his dad). TOP ALL OF THAT ONTO A PILE OF SHAKY INSECURITIES (that have been mitigated a bit thanks to his talk with Hakuren and his STUBBORN DETERMINATION), and him still feeling tired and terrible and guilty after the darkness event and... yes.

It wouldn't go so well for Kit, either. He wouldn't break, per se, because he's tough and he has it in his head that he's not allowed to break. But it wouldn't be good for him and he'd be emotionally drained for a while, even if he was trying to keep up the smile and nod and continue on thing he has going. His stress would probably be a lot more visible on the surface than it is now (and as he is right now, there are already cracks in his poker face that indicate how tired he is that show up every so often), and I wouldn't be surprised if somewhere in between it all he'd need an on-screen freak out or. Something. To release it all.

Though the circumstances surrounding said death would matter a lot too. Kit really hates dying and sort of has a complex about it, buuut he's still very stupidly self-sacrificial and reckless... so if he had to choose to die for his team (without a way out) he'd do it in a heartbeat. If he had to choose to jump into a dangerous situation a la Hound did with the knowledge that he could die, he'd do that in a heartbeat too. It wouldn't be good on him, but he feels like he could take it better than any of the current members of Coral (except for Rabbit). He is slowly beginning to learn that he has to take care of himself better though so such decisions would not be taken lightly-- and he probably wouldn't jump on them right away without finding some sort of non-death, non-injury solutions. But he'd still be more than willing to allow himself to break a little more in favor of keeping his teammates mentally healthy.

REALLY THOUGH Cub loves Dragonfly kyakya!! HE IS NOT A VERY DEEP STUFFED ANIMAL Dragonfly is family and he's grate u_u LOTS OF LOVE!! He was a bit ;w; at first with Dragonfly because it seemed like Dragonfly was kind o being a bully, but he BELIEVED!! and sure enough he learnt that Dragonfly was just ~~tsundere~~ showing his affection in a different way!! So now he feels extra loved, goshhhhh.

HE IS A BIT WORRIED ABOUT DRAGONFLY THOUGH since he seems to very easily get down, so it's kind of like Cub's PERSONAL MISSION!! to make sure Dragonfly does not succumb to sads ever, like, especially. So he will give you all the hugs and Disney speeches you need until you feel betterrrrrr because he thinks Dragonfly is a really good person and really nice and kind and talented and!! So he's confident it'll work out! He just needs a bit of help on the way, so Cub will do his best so Dragonfly can make it, uryu!!
