Hikaru loves Marine for a reason that is relatively unique to her. FINALLY SOMEONE THAT IS ON HIS BRAIN WAVELENGTH. It's kind of like feeling forever alone in a fandom while everyone else kind of blathers on about their own. It might be interesting to hear! It might be something you like even! But it's not the fandom that you really love! It gets kind of lonely, right? Well then HERE IS MARINE WHO KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT HIS FANDOM. And they share the same otps, headcanons, inside jokes . . .

IT'S JUST SUPER NICE TO HAVE A FRIEND THAT REALLY DOES UNDERSTAND FASHION AND ISN'T LIKE A SUPER HERO MAGICAL GIRL (lol). Hikaru has a lot of insecurities with being super normal in aather but having a fashionista friend has pretty much helped that a lot :( Even if they somehow managed to hate each other, Hikaru would still respect her. LOVE MARIIIIINE.

Ran adores Marine for similar but different reasons! They are again quite similar! They're both emotional, loud, and kind of punchy! They're very opinionated and aren't afraid to hold back with their thoughts and they love to have fun and joke around. THEY'RE SUPER SWEET AND ARE JUST KIND OF CUTE AND ADORABLE. Ran especially likes to think of Marine as a little sis that wants to help everyone out. :3c STILL LOVING MARIIIIIIIINE.
