There's so much to think about that to be honest, his simple mind doesn't know where to begin. He isn't a complete fool, mind you, but he has trouble focusing on too many strenuous thoughts at once. So you see, he's kind of been going back and forth between his various feelings of Aather.
LOSING MEMORIES SUCK for one. He still can't understand what's the point of taking your memories away if you need someone to help rebuild your world. Having all those blanks in his brain also leads to questions that he can't answer and it only adds to his frustrations. And then he's hearing about people finding out they have replicas or dying in their world? Yeaaaaaah, he wants to fill in those blanks even more. So he hates whoever it was that took the memories away because some of them seem way too important to be forgotten.
However, he has found that it isn't ALL bad. If playing games is how to get memories back, then at least it'll be fun. And there HAS been some fun. The pillow fights and the pretty unlocks for example. He can't help but admit that he isn't ever bored in this place, but as nice as it is, he still wants to get his memories back and go back home.
One of the lingering things is the idea of death though. It's a thought that he keeps trying to push back. Hearing about games that might end in death? Yeaaah, that sort of kind of ruins the pretty image of the place. It's like...well, it feels like a fairy tale here. A little odd, a little strange, but also a little fun. However, we all know that the diff. between Disney-type fairytales and real fairytales is how gruesome some can be. :( He doesn't want to admit to that. Lol the day he plays a trauma game will proooobably be bad.

At first, he thought they were BORING. They were just...friendly. And nice. At first the only reason he even bothered to try to get to know them was lol, he was stuck with them. He knew that if you wanted your memories back, you had to win so you might as well support the team for what it is.
However, that was at first! Because in the few weeks being here, he's started to realize that maybe he needed this sort of time. He realized that the situation that he was in was REAL. Like it started to hit him that oops, he's really not going to get his memories back unless he does something to help. And snap! The other team members have been recovering memories for him. He has seen Rabbit and Swallowtail go into games and bring memories back for him and the others, for example. So at least he knows he can count on his teammates.
Which gives him now a MY TEAM > ALL THE OTHER TEAMS, at least. He wants the team to win and he will help them to win! And his first game helped to solidify that thought.
If Rabbit had the option of bringing back Silk Cat by removing one of the Coral teammates, would she?
Oh god no never. That is just never going to be the way she operates. She can compartmentalize during killing/hurting games-- and even then, she's lost some of that in Aather-- but something that would be entirely her choice? NEVER EVER EVER. …Wait, unless the one removed was herself. She'd do that in a heartbeat, and if she had a choice, she'd bring back Marie.
Has Dragonfly actually found out about Booking… or have we all managed to vaguely handwave and not actually feelings?

I think Hikaru might have an inkling that something happens with teams because he notices that there seems to be somewhere around seven on each team, but people come in through the Ring much like he did. But I don't think anyone has specifically told him yet unless it was handwaved xD which I don't mind if it is.

Okay, so he was like SHE MUST BE ANOTHER MOE MOE KUNZITE GIRL. Cuz the first two he met (Sharon and Violet) were MOE MOE CUTE. He wanted to tease her a bit and he figured he'd get a moe moe cute reaction back. After all, Kunzite is moe moe. BUT THEN SHE TEASED BACK?! Super shock!! So his competitive side was like, GONNA TEASE YOU BACK. And then it sort of escalated and then it was like...
OMG SHE'S NOT CUTE AT ALL. SHE'S A GORILLA. There was like a moment where she was kind of cute but oops, he must have been hallucinating. 8|b
HIKARU WAS INTRODUCED TO NAT AT A TIME WHEN SHE HAD A CONSIDERABLY LOWER THRESHHOLD FOR BULLSHIT. Like, she had pretty much ALL THE BAD NEWS given to her and thus was not in her usual "MOE MOE let's all get along guys!!" mood. For instance, shortly before the dinner, she found out that the man she loved was dead! And that was just... yeah, not easy for her to listen to and try to keep a happy face on. She's still pretty much struggling.
BUT SHE TRIES to get back into that mode, and then Hikaru just drags her right back out by saying something insulting, and while Nat is nice, she is not going to just stand by and let him insult her. Therefore, the rivalry is born.

I'd love Sougo from Gintama as well but that's because he's a sadist and hilarious and makes me cry with laughter. :| But he would do well in these sort of games I think. He'd actually be a knight. Sterling? Onyx? I don't know if there's a diff between them.

Hmm... A lot of teams, Natalia has no strong opinion on one way or the other. The teams she has the strongest opinion on are Ruby, Tiger's Eye, Coral, and Citrine.
Ruby, despite being Dawn's team, she doesn't really like because she doesn't like their approach to the nastier games. She just can't get behind a 'let's screw everyone over to save ourselves' mentality.
Tiger's Eye she adores, and she'd count it as her favorite team outside of Kunzite.
Coral she likes as well, mostly due to Silk Cat's influence. Her opinion is slightly changed because of Hikaru, but only slightly!
And Citrine is mostly nice, but at the same time, she knows there are aspects of Citrine just terrify her.
THE ONLY TEAMS HIKARU HAS HAD A CHANCE TO REALLY MEET IS KUNZITE AND CORAL. He's already sort of developed that MY TEAM IS WHAT'S IMPORTANT IDK IF IGAF ABOUT THE OTHERS mentality, but prob. once this game is over, he'll start talking to the other teams more because he'll be bored otherwise.
Kunzite is surprisingly ... cute. And adorable. It kind of baffles him that these people are involved in these sort of games in the first place. At first, he was like "meh whatever" but then he ended up liking 'em after all esp. with characters like Autumn on there. Kaworu is the one he feels most awkward around because he can tell he's a bit different from the others, but at the same time, he went along with the handcuffs and the pillow fight so! Doesn't mind him much either!
OH I think he'd like Turquoise as well. He's met Yayoi, Rin, and Paul from the top of my head? Anyway, Hikaru thinks they are quirky and a bit odd but still hilarious so he might bother them more in the future!
Tell me a little about Judith! You play Judith right? I don't know her canon at all so I admit, I've been curious '3'
Judith, in canon, is supposed to be a giant mystery until about halfway, maybe 3/4 of the way through the game? She is always hiding something or lying by omission. Basically, the game would have been cut in half, with at least 2 casualties saved, if Judith had told the party everything that she knew. But you don't really realize how much she knows until you've played through the game and then are replaying and it stands out.
Both she and Raven are pretty damn guilty of this-- though Raven lies more openly (and acts like a ridiculous clown to hide the fact that he sucks at lying) than Judith.
Other that that, she's very blunt. And kind of hard to read, though she always professes that she's surprised at that. And she claims she's not good at lying. Which is sort of true, since her preferred method of lying, as I said, is lying by omission. Which means she doesn't tend to elaborate much and is very to the point. She's also aware of her body, and is definitely not above taunting guys with it at all. She picks her clothing for that reason, imho. And I know that she gets comments a lot from Estelle about how her boobs bounce when she fights. She also has taunted Yuri and Raven with it in a very subtle way.
She cooks a lot, and needs to be clean. She takes showers at least once a day, which implies she takes them twice a day normally, or more. She is also very violent! SHE KIND OF SCARES THE REST OF THE PARTY WITH HOW VIOLENT SHE IS. And her skit, when you don't have her in the party for a long time, is a funny one. Because she just pouts and whines about how she understands that she's useless, and suddenly Yuri realizes that she's bored.
In Aather, Judith doesn't lie. Not even by omission. Once she earns that skill back, that will likely change. She is also quite a bit more stand-offish than she is in canon. She's more prone to wandering away once she thinks a conversation is done. And because of her 'comme ci comme ca' attitude, it makes it really easy for her to accept a lot of things about Aather and just roll with them.
Also, she's been told she's pretty at least 10 different times now. So, expect her to be as trollish with her good looks as she is in canon sometime soon.
He's a simple-minded, teenage boy after all. I figure he'd be pretty surprised by it and get embarrassed quite easily! I think it also depends on the type of memories that he has, though, but for now, it'd be KDFJDFJKLW9W4JISKFSRJKLEKODF.

LOL I was thinking an eating contest would be hilarious? But make it Fear Factor style in Aatherland. We could also take it a step further and make it a trauma game if we picked poisonous things on the menu :V but no one would know that they were poisonous. That sort of thing would be horrible and who would want to eat after that.
I would! I didn't app a persona, though, because to be frank, my schedule is shit right now. I'm hoping that'll change once I get out of Texas, but there is always the worry of more delays coming my way, and just... I don't really have time to do a lot of game plotting. Which makes me sad, but what can you do about that?
Give me an idea of some canons you like? In general, I recommend Mushishi, Natsume Yuujinchou and Baccano to everyone in the world. The first two deals with spirits and strange creatures of the world and the like but I think they're very pretty and well done. Baccano is just amazing everywhere. I prefer the subs over dubs but the dub is also really well done and a lot of people like it too!
