And then you get burned up and you can be Raphael #2. That would be all sorts of hilarious if it happened like that. '-'
BETTER. He just got out of a fight with one of his friends and IS PRETTY MUCH OVER HIS SAD CHILDHOOD FOR THE TIME BEING. Well he put it aside anyway 8D;; It still bothers him obviously. A LOT OF THINGS DO. But he's busy concentrating on helping to fix this world so HE'S MORE OR LESS OKAY.
So why did Luke leave Ruby cabin in the first place? I mean I saw the strangling and the aftermath of him leaving but I somehow missed the actual decision somehow. '-'
It was kind of a multipart decision. Immediately after getting strangled, Luke tried to reassure Wrath, and failed because he can't give Wrath what he wants (to value himself), and it was like the MILLIONTH TIME he and Wrath had fought and even though this was something Wrath legitimately should and had every right to be furious about, when it's coming on the back of like ten incidents of Wrath being mad at effectively nothing, to Luke it was just like 'All I do is upset him, it would be better if I weren't in his life'. So he walked away, intending to sort of... just avoid Wrath and let Wrath have his space and be as little of a burden as possible!
Later, after the heart game, Luke went to help Wrath with a quest and got rejected and yelled at, and then Wrath decided to let Luke have it for being such a disappointment as a team member. Luke tried to explain his side to it, and he did admit Wrath was right about some things, but again, couldn't give Wrath what he really wanted! Which was to admit it was totally the wrong thing to do and be remorseful for it. Cuuuz he's not, Luke is pretty satisfied with what happened, just not with the fallout that occurred. Anyway, so ONCE AGAIN, Wrath is upset and can't accept Luke as he is, and Luke, just by being himself (as Luke sees it) is making Wrath miserable. Luke can handle Wrath hating him! But he can't handle being the source of so much misery for someone he loves, so he figured OKAY I WILL LEAVE RUBY. His MASTER PLAN waas. that Wrath would be upset for a little bit but eventually get over it.
HOWEVER IT IS WORTH POINTING OUT that it wouldn't have happened if Asch and Vriska hadn't destroyed all of Luke's team bonds while inside his heart. By the time Wrath was screaming at him about team, Luke had already LOST most of his sense of team, but he has no idea about that. He just thinks he's become very disillusioned about team and that leaving was the natural progression of that 8D;
Do you think Mika will maintain his belief that Ruby is the most important?
Nope. Because someday he'll remember that KILLING HIS BROTHER is most important and that will surpass everything else probably. :D
Although setting it up like this, he'll at least be pretty cohesive I think. He'll actually bother to remember faces and will try to do things for people and since he probably won't be gaining memories back for a month, THIS IS GOOD OPPORTUNITY FOR HIM TO JUST SORT OF ETCH RUBY INTO THE BLANK SLATE THAT IS HIS BRAIN. 8D
I'm actually curious to see if maybe what COULD happen is that he might end up merging the two. Like DNW LUCIFER TO BECOME A THREAT TO RUBY sort of deal. Who knows what will happen. '-'
Who all in Aather does Lucifer actually pay attention to? I KNOW I'M NOT ONE OF THEM CUZ YOU HATE ME. :I I amg oing to bed now too so WILL CONT LATER.
