I KEEP FAILING AT QUESTION MEMES LATELY but because I have absolutely zero tagging power, and I feel super talkative so question memes feel like a thing I should do. I'll definitely win tonight. o9!!!!

Yeah I'm all over the place. A few more points are Riful of the West, Toothless, Sebastian Michaelis, Littlefoot, and Demyx! And characters who I haven't actually played but would play the shit out of include Claire Stanfield and Eve Genoard.

The consistent factors are characters who have a different worldview though! Like, they just parse the world and how they can act on it in some fundamentally different way from a normal person. APPING A NONHUMAN is a cheap & easy way to get this which is why I app a lot of nonhumans, but just a filter on reality and what you can do about reality that influences how they go about their lives. I also really love characters with strong internal movement! Like, some characters need to be acted on by an external force to move, and some characters just sort of take in what's given to them and form their own new convictions out of that sort of independently. I don't know quite how to describe the difference but it's like things that have an impact are rerouted a bit first '-' it can be a function of that "filter" I mentioned before, I think. It's hard to have an impact without filtering it through whatever weird way that character thinks because that is how they think about stuff!

past that things like VORE and SHARP TEETH and COMPLEX MOTIVATIONS are nice but not necessary

MAYBE YOU WOULD LIKE CHRISTOPHER SHOULDERED FROM BACCANO!! I think he ddddddefinitely has a different worldview, that is for sure, but I think that is why I like Baccano!! as a whole because A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE REALLY WEIRD WORLDVIEWS (partly because I think most everyone is crazy). Idk if it fits quite what you're looking for but it might be! :|a

He's a homunculus vampire thing (but I don't think he actually drinks blood idek) so he's not human and he admits he can't ever THINK like a human either but he tries really hard to?! Kind of. And I thiiiink he kind of fits the latter but I'm not entirely sure.

I like that question so you should do the same for me. '-'/) My pings are characters that are emotionally broken in some shape or form though it doesn't appear right off the bat. Whether it is a lack of social norms or just a particular emotion they cannot actually feel, they generally still appear to be normal and functioning! Like Natsume, he's very nice and gets along well with people, but the way he words things are apparently socially awkward? Toki is also sociable and makes FRIENDS WITH EVERYONE but something keeps him from truly connecting with people so in a way, he's friends with no one. IDK HOW TO EXPLAIN THAT BETTER, SORRY.

I also like loud and obnoxious characters that exudes confidence ... and can back up that confidence.
