Toki's opinion of Nia is definitely separate from the rest of Turquoise. It's not because of the whole leader thing though! Leaders and stuff, HE KIND OF IGNORES THAT SORT OF MENTALITY because it's beyond his scope but she's definitely in a different place?

I think it's because she's got this sort offff...HM. Kind of this vibe where she's like everyone's mentor figure? EVEN THAT ISN'T QUITE ACCURATE, but being around her gives this interesting sense of security like "EVERYTHING WILL BE OKAY". Even after a terrible game, she sort of has this face like c: "it is bad now but it won't always be" so she's less a mentor figure and more of a SPECIFIC FEELINGS ATMOSPHERE that gives Toki some reassurance when he needs it!

Hikaru loves Ellen, anyone that touches Ellen will be set on fire and he will have no problems with that. LIKE when Ellen arrived, he lost I think all of his original teammates minus Kit and though he wasn't like DEEPLY ATTACHED RIGHT AWAY, he felt comfortable with them! And they were his more or less! He really really loved Wisty though and so HE DIDN'T WANT TO TRUST NEW IRIS AT ALL CUZ THEY'RE ALL JUST GOING TO LEAVE.

But then Ellen was cute and adorable and was kind of obliviously cute and just...THERE IS NO EVIL BONE IN YOUR BODY, HE IS SURE OF IT. And because of that, he just can't help but love you unconditionally :c AFTER THE STABBING, AND ALL THE WORRY SHE SHOWED FOR HIM, and then god, when she dumped her SECRET FEELS for him...

HOW DOES MAYA FEEL ABOUT CLEO

YOU'RE THE LEADER. Kind of? I wouldn't say leader per se actually...

It's more like, I think she trusts Cleo's morals and her sensibilities? I think she's really a pillar of strength for Maya and I don't necessarily mean physically, but someone she can lean on when she has to make difficult decisions. Part of it is that Cleo, while still trying to keep her composure, also shows she struggles with the choices like Maya does.

I mean, I think the others more or less comes to terms with the choices pretty quick! ITS UPSETTING but they know what they want to do. "We should do this, but we shouldn't do this!" But liiiiike with Cleo? Cleo is usually "I think this would be a good choice but if you want to...do this..." And that subtle difference is kind of where Maya feels like she can relate! '^' BECAUSE ATM, Maya would rather bus herself I think? She can't stand seeing everyone get hurt anymore, it hurts too much. But she knows letting the others on Lilac get hurt is not okay either!

SHE JUST CAN'T DECIDE AND THOSE KIND OF THINGS SUCK A LOT :C So she likes leaning on Cleo for support cuz I think outside of Cleo's self-bussing habits, she believes in Cleo the most.

GERDA IS FROM MY FAVORITE FAIRY TALE EVER. I don't even remember why it was my favorite but growing up, the Snow Queen story was something I took to heart so much. It was an adventure story! It had snow (winter is a super theme for me oocly)! It had thieves! Cute animals! And just two children who loved each other dearly and I am a sucker for that sort of thing.

SO WHEN THE MODS WERE LIKE "SO WE WANT THESE CHARACTERS TO SHOW UP" and mentioned the Snow Queen, I WAS LIKE CRAP. I NEED TO APP FROM THE STORY. I knew that if I missed out, I would kick myself forever. At first I thought about apping the twin Kai/Kay and his theme would have been the ugliness in beauty! But heeeee would have been kind of stagnant for a while and I didn't want that? The more I thought about Gerda and how her story was though, I thought she'd be such a good balance to the witch who was all about SELFISHNESS TO THE MAX. Gerda's very personable and likeable and she'll have her own struggles 'w' I've figured more or less what I kind of want to do with her but they are spoilers! So we'll see how that goes.

I mean, I GUESS MAYBE HE LIKES YOU ENOUGH TO WHERE HE FEELS LIKE HE CAN TAKE MEMORIES AROUND YOU. That's important okay!!! He's someone that really is very private with that sort of thing and so he doesn't like to share that with just anyone. Emerald was fine because they were there ALWAYS but Batora is also relatively new to Emerald so that comfort wasn't there at first!

But at this point, he is so comfortable with Batora that the only reason he won't share memories with Batora right off the bat is because he wants to make sure he's okay with it. I mean, he was always going to treat Battler nicely! But it wasn't a guarantee that he would be comfortable opening up feelings with him, but ... SOMETIMES BATTLER YOU ARE RIDICULOUS AND NATSUME CAN'T HELP BUT WANT TO PAT YOU ON THE HEAD BECAUSE YOU ARE RIDICULOUS. There's something about how much energy he has that makes it fairly comfortable for Natsume to be around him.

Aannnnnnd I think part of that is that Battler, thought not upfront about his life, he is a little with his feelings! He's a lot more open than like...Stealth. And because having those feelings out in the open, NATSUME WANTS TO TRY TO SHOW HIS FEELINGS TO BATORA TOO. I mean, there are obviously some differences because...Cal. But at the same time, a kid sees another kid as the same as themselves! And he has a lot of brother feels which she relates to like a million percent obviously so when he is upset, she knows why and can't disagree with him. As I told Kit, Rabbit was the one that Hikaru could be the most vulnerable with! It wasn't necessarily with secrets or such, but at the same time, if she had asked for secrets, he probably would have told her without any hesitation AND PROBABLY WOULD SHOW ALL OF THE FEELINGS ATTACHED. I think it was because it seemed to him that Rabbit could read his feelings anyway and deep down, he knew that so it was just easy to just lower his defenses around her in a way he couldn't with anyone else. SECURITY BLANKET ALMOST.

And not even just that, he genuinely loves her. :( He loves all of Coral but Rabbit has been there since the very beginning when he knew absolutely nothing and shared memories with her and was his first heart game and I THINK IT WAS RABBIT WHO GAVE HIM HIS NAME and just.....derederederederedere. He's gonna miss her tremendously and he will legit take dusting and first aid seriously and will keep ALL OF HIS PROMISES.

I think it will hit him most when he goes home and he suddenly realizes that she isn't in her room anymore. YES. In a way, Yuki is kind of a weird blob in terms of friendship?! He's similar to Naoto in that THEY SUFFERED EXTREME TRAUMA TOGETHER during a time when Toki had no coping mechs in place. The only difference is that he didn't really KNOW Yuki then so he hasn't quite latched onto Yuki like he has with Naoto, but if he was to be booked, he might end up wandering outside of Sterling, wanting to stare at the book a million times a day, NOT SURE WHAT ELSE TO DO.

AND THEN YUKI IS ALWAYS GRUMPY LIKE ECHO and he loves grumpy people, it's canon for him to love grumpy people non-stop.

SO IT'S LIKE . . . YUKI IS ALMOST KIND OF LIKE A WEIRD BEST FRIEND THING? I am not even sure but all I know is that Toki lauve Yuki and Yuki is his friend and he doesn't want you to forget him ever so don't forget him ever, okay. Don't die ever either or he'll explode.
